Information for Mercy Place Albury residents and representatives

28 July 2022

Dear Mercy Place Albury residents and representatives,

Re: Non-Actioning of Feedback (Complaints)

It has come to our attention that some people may have raised a complaint with the home in the last six months without being advised of the investigation undertaken or the outcome of the feedback.

If this applies to you, we sincerely apologise and wish to assure you that we are investigating how this can be prevented from happening in the future.  If you have raised a complaint or concern that has not been answered, and would still like this to be noted and/or investigated we ask that you send an email to [email protected], or if you prefer you can call our Aged Care Feedback Officer on (03) 8416 7942.

Yours sincerely,

Tania Bugat
Acting National Manager Residential Aged Care
