How to book your vaccination
Mercy Health aged care staff and volunteers can book into a Mercy Health clinic to have the Pfizer vaccination. There are no restrictions on age.
Please book for your first dose and your second dose using the TryBooking links below. Download and complete the consent form on the TryBooking link before your vaccination.

Other ways to get vaccinated
If you can’t make it to a Mercy Health clinic, you can book at a GP or vaccination clinic via the Department of Health eligibility checker website.
Proof of vaccination
If you get vaccinated at a non-Mercy Health site, please send your proof of vaccination to the HR team: ACHumanresources@mercy.com.au. This can include:
- a vaccination certificate or other evidence from a vaccine provider, or
- an immunisation history statement which you can access from Medicare online or the Express Plus Medicare mobile app.
